Nightclub Manager

The Old Broadway is seeking an energetic, experienced, and customer-focused Nightclub Manager to oversee evening operations and lead our team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a strong background in bar and nightlife management who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage nightly operations of the nightclub, bar, and entertainment areas.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise bartenders, servers, security personnel, and support staff.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
• Oversee bar operations, cash handling, inventory management, and nightly reconciliation.
• Perform and supervise all opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain compliance with liquor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Assist with scheduling, staff development, and performance management.
• Help coordinate special events, promotions, and entertainment activities.
• Foster a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for guests and employees.
• Follows music trends and has strong music knowledge

Qualifications

• Previous experience in nightclub, bar, or hospitality management preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with cash handling, inventory control, and staff supervision.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Schedule

• Full-time opportunities available
